What Nibbl Is (and Is Not)
Nibbl is a nutrition tracking tool designed to help you record and view estimated nutritional information based on foods you enter.
- Nibbl is not a medical device
- Nibbl does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice
- Nutrition values are estimates and may not be exact
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary or health decisions.
AI Features
When you choose to analyze a food or use the AI Assistant features, Nibbl uses AI-based services to generate estimated nutrition information from your input.
- AI features are only triggered by you
- Each analysis is processed independently
- Nibbl does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated results
You are responsible for how you use and interpret this information.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to use Nibbl responsibly and provide accurate information to the best of your ability. You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its services
- Abuse or overload AI or system resources
Nibbl stores anonymized food analysis requests. If a request includes personal information, that information may be logged as part of the request. Do not enter any information into the app that you would like to keep private.
Usage Limits and Abuse Prevention
Nibbl reserves the right to limit daily and per-minute requests to prevent abuse and control operational costs.
- AI token usage is tracked by subscription ID to enforce usage limits
- You may not tamper with requests or subscription data to work around these limits
- Attempts to bypass limits may result in revocation of your right to use AI features
Subscriptions and Payments
Nibbl offers optional subscriptions that enable AI features after an initial free period.
- Subscriptions are processed and managed by Google Play
- Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase
- Nibbl does not handle payments or store your payment information
- Refunds and cancellations are subject to Google Play's policies
Intellectual Property
The Nibbl app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Yurfine LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the food and nutrition data you enter into the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nibbl and its developer are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app, including reliance on nutrition estimates or AI-generated information.
Availability and Changes
The app may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. Features may change, including those related to AI or subscriptions.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
